Iron Man: 6" War Machine. Walmart Exclusive.

Why does the best Hasbro figure ever made has to be an exclusive???

'Nuff said.

From the big movie for the summer Iron Man 2, Hasbro brings the Ironman liye yeta again, mostly flooding the stores with those little good looking 4" stuff.

But those don't work for me very much; I think most folks are just overloaded with that scale at this point, and are waiting for something fresh.

Who would have thought that the 6" scale would ever be 'fresh'? But with so few movie related releases in that scale the last couple years, collectors have been thirsting for its return. Hasbro is doing it up with a series in this size for the new movie, and the first two have started hitting Wal-marts - War Machine and the Mark VI suit.

I have no idea if this would be an international release, since these have not showed up outside the boarders of the US, as far as I know. The first movie's exclusive, however, did hit stores in México. But I coulnd't just wait and trust Walmart on this one. Again, thanks to tatoman, I'm the proud owner of the best hasbro figure ever made.

Let´s see:

Sculpt: Great
Articulation: Great
Paint app: Not too shabby, but not a big deal either.
Playability: Great.
Packaging: I don't care, I'm a filthy opener.
Value: For 10 USD??? GREAT.

Are you kidding me??? This one is a flawless victory!!!

Coraline Dolls by NECA.

At last!!! Thanks to Oscar (tatoman 525) who offered a great deal for these.

I didn't even knew these existed, I got this as I dig character design and like the film; like it very much.

I don't even think I would consider it a toy versus a doll that you would perch somewhere simply to appreciate their aesthetic value.

Overall, these are well made, beautiful, chanming and lovely. However, there is no body underneath the clothes, so do not get the idea that this is going to be a cuddly sort of toy for a youngster.

The only watch out is that the eyes can be off. You can move them with your fingers or taking off the face plate.

So, the bendy body is poseable but not as much as I expected, the wires inside feel fagile and there is no way these girls can stand by their own without the base (included).

Did I need these???

Oh hell yeah. I just wouldn't be happy right now.

BENNU KAGAHO Cloth Myth Bandai.

This Cloth Myth line doesn't cease to impress me. It's been up for something like 7 years, releasing one or two figs per month.

What's this? --- Androginous man-pretty skinny figures with plastic bodies and die-cast metal armors... from the Saint Seiya Universe.

Now, specifically out of the Lost Canvas anime, Kagaho is one of the eeevil hell's specters that are supposed to bring doom, mayhem and destruction to earth. But his one has a hooliganish attitude, the guy that doesn't know if he's good or bad, just likes so start shit, for the only sake of... well, starting shit.

First thing first: This is the best and most awesome Cloth Myth figure ever produced. The body is G3 with the usual articulation; a perfect face with a classy hairstyle.

The armor is 50% metal, it's pointy and sharp. all the external wing feathers are fully articulated and it comes with two options for the mask: the normal and the poochie hidden eyes mode.

An image is worth a thousand words.

Did I need this???

YES, of course I needed this; but I didn't know until I had it in my hands.

Don't worry, the Bennu is domesticated.

Spec XS-13 Eva 01 Awakening Ver.

SOUL SPEC EVANGELION 01 Test Type completed Manufacturer: Bandai Scale: Non Original: Evangelion Release Date: Late dec. 2009 Regular Price: 4,750 yen Copyright GAINAX/khara/ProjectEva Soul Spec Evangelion-01 EVANGELION:2.0 YOU CAN (NOT) ADVANCE. awakening Ver.

"The long awaited theatrical version Evangelion mecha joins the cutting edge Tamashii SPEC series. Composite materials- diecast, ABS, PVC, and PC, create articulation and balance that are the hallmarks of the Tamashii SPEC series. Head replicates the final screaming battle scene. Left arm features clear parts as shown in movie. Open palm replacable hand parts replicate climax scene of movie. Additional parts included to replicate awakening scene. Figure stands 20cm tall (approx 8inches). Display stand included."

I have no idea of how many words this item description could get to have. What I know is that I was lucky enough to get it at a reasonable price.

Product Details:

- included with figure: interchangeable

- stands approximately 8" tall

- hand parts, display stand

- PVC, diecast material

- packaged in window box

This is the best articulated figure I have (I'm sorry revoltech), period. Anyway, as I've stated before, I'm not here to review stuff. However, there are some things to consider:

This figure is not entirely made of die cast metal, as one could think about a Bandai SOC; actually, only a few parts of the armor and some joints are. The rest is a buffet of PVC, vinyl and gummy bears.

This thing breaks easily, the leg joints are very fragile.

Super poseable, you can get this to take almost any pose. Imagination is the limit.

It's friggin' expensive.

Did I need this???

YES; I've lost count of how many EVA 01 figures I have, but none has the red color scheme. And none of them is from Evangelion 2.0, you can (NOT) Advance, my favorite movie of 2009.

PANDORA. Premium Bandai Cloth Myth.

So my friend Kaj from the sapwn.com forum said he'd help me get a Dohko figure for my collection, and told me he'd send a "little extra".

Yep, and here's the "little extra"... the PREMIUM FIGURE "Pandora" - Cloth Myth figure HK version.

I really can't tell who's the manufacturer of this Dohko figure, but it's in perfect scale for the Cloth Myth figures.

Now, Pandora is the first female in the Saint Cloth Myth line and was a premium release in 2006. True to the myth of her namesake a great deal of trouble in the world is caused when she opens the box. She is a creepy, sad and dark, Goth chick that spent most of her life serving Hades – God of the Underworld... and she comes naked, go figure.

As for the accesories, she comes with two dresses. Technically one dress and one robe to put over the dress to replicate Pandora’s various looks from the OVA. Stitching detail is very nice and honestly this is one of the best cloth outfits I have seen on a figure of this size.

Hades trident is another item used by Pandora in the series and of course one is included as well. Again the trident is plastic and not diecast metal, which was a bit of a disappointment as I have gotten pretty spoiled by the diecast items and weapons in previous releases.

Pandora wouldn't be complete without the "instrument."

Pandora was packed with a stand and accessories for three additional stands so should you want to display Pandora with the three Judges of Hell you can. Stands also include a sheet of stickers with the names of Pandora and the Judges.

Mole like: Did Hades Shun need this??? Well he's a lousy uselss whiney piece of a God, so YES.
